SDAT and Beyond

The SDAT program is a community assistance program that bring teams of volunteer professionals assembled from across the country (such as architects, urban designers, planners, hydrologists, economists, foresters, and others) to work with community decision-makers and stakeholders to help them develop a roadmap for a sustainable and equitable future.

Orange is the third Massachusetts community to participate in this nationwide program since the program was launched in 2005. The other two Massachusetts communities that have received the grant are Northampton and Pittsfield.
